Lorena Ricasa is tearing it up at the plate! The standout slugger has officially earned Athlete of the Week. Lorena didn’t just show up to play; she turned the batter’s box into her personal launchpad. In a display of pure power and clutch hitting, Ricasa delivered a stat line that belongs to most professionals. She blasted 2 home runs and drove in a staggering 5 RBIs in a single game! Her “hot bat” was the talk of the field, as she seemed to be seeing beach balls instead of softballs, clearing the fences and driving the ball into the gaps with precision. Congratulations
Senior right-handed pitcher Carter Johnson was virtually untouchable over 7 dominant innings, surrendering only 5 hits while maintaining complete control of the zone from the first pitch to the final out. Johnson racked up a staggering 14 strikeouts, a feat that averages 2 strikeouts per inning! Huge congratulations to Carter on earning Athlete of the Week with 14 Ks in the books and another WIN on their record
